Thank you for choosing RoseWolfe Enchantments! We strive to provide you with high-quality magical products and services. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please carefully review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, unless otherwise specified
- We only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from RoseWolfe Enchantments. If you purchased an item from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
2. Return and Exchange Time-frame:
- You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- After the 14-day period has passed, we may no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Contact our customer service team if a return is still needed.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund back to your original form of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process.
- You will be responsible for any price differences between the original item and the exchanged item, as well as any additional shipping costs.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These may include but are not limited to consumable magical ingredients, spell kits, and personalized/custom-made items.
- We will clearly indicate on the product page if an item is non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or other evidence to assess the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective items, including any shipping costs associated with the return.
8. Return of Gift Items:
- If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in the return or exchange process. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
